Credit Repair Service Accusations

Credit Repair Service Accusations

I've noticed on most stall letters sent from the credit bureaus that point out that you don't need a credit repair service to dispute for you and that you should report it to them if you are. Why? So they can block your account from disputes. They hate Lexington and others that help consumers remove negative items. They do a great job and I guess the credit bureaus don't want them to help people. The FTC also looks down on credit repair, I think mainly at the credit repair scams out there.

Lexington Law Firm and others do such a service to consumers and I think in all honesty that the credit bureaus are the scam.

The FTC keeps a very close eye on all credit repair operations, especially large corporations like Lexington Law. Which is why we recommend Lexington, they would never step out of line because they have so much to lose. Not only do they adhere very strictly to all the CROA regulations and FCRA regulations, but because they're an actual law firm, they also have to follow all the standards set forth by the state bars where they operate.
